為什么我在云主機(jī)上不能安裝，麻煩幫看看

原來一直裝的都很好，但是這回我換了兩個廠家的云主機(jī)，都不行，其中一個是這樣的：

這個服務(wù)器不行的時候，我又換了一家，但是仍然報錯，如下：
